If you want to see a truly tough athlete, look for someone who is: disciplined enough to physically and mentally practice hard every day, focus and become great at the details, be able to take correction, displays strong body language, recovers quickly from mistakes, chooses the difficult right over the easy wrong, and is able to put the team ahead of themselves. Talent is overrated! The teams that work together for a common goal are the successful teams. In our program, we cultivate things like a growth mindset, mental toughness, and above all servant leadership and love. That is why we are successful, not the talent on the field.
